Movements, Narratives and Meaning

Movements, Narratives and Meaning is an international project. This first part of the project was held in Enniskillen, East Fermanagh and Belfast (2017). MNM is a part of DancingStrong Company’s on-going work in dance and movement as a way to narrate the experience of the spaces we live in. The theme of this part of the project was edges, boundaries, and borders (for ourselves and each other).
“She stepped on to the edge of the mat to dance and closed her eyes… He lay in the snow and hugged the ground… She took a breath and seemed to fill the spaces between trees and distant houses…”
